Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During peak holiday seasons (including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's), processing times and carrier transit times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

United States Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and service level selected.

International We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
